No. Tutor Gym memberships are monthly, so you are not tied into a long-term contract.

Memberships are billed monthly, with payments taken on the 1st of each month.
Your first payment is adjusted to cover the rest of the current month. After that, your membership renews monthly on the 1st.
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away, so your child can start using the extra access immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current month.
Yes. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current monthly period. Your child can continue using their current membership until then.
No. Your membership remains active until the end of the current monthly period, so there is no refund for the unused part of the month.

Tutor Gym sessions are small-group sessions, with a maximum of 10 students.
If a session is full, it can no longer be booked. You can choose another available session from the timetable.
If your child misses a session, it will usually still count as one of their booked sessions for the month. You can manage upcoming bookings from your account.
Yes, but cancellation rules may apply depending on how close the session is. Your account will show whether a booking can still be cancelled.
Tutor Gym focuses on core school subjects at the moment, including Maths, English, Science and 11+ exam preparation. The timetable shows which subjects and year groups are currently available.
